Abstract

Every building built however, small or large begins with a scope, budget, timeline, and a vision by which someone has to put it together. Many a times brilliant designs end up aborted or scrapped, ending up being over budget, behind schedule, or shelved entirely. The main design challenges of today are proper programming of Projects, compliant, evolving standards, delivery efficiency, tight deadline and budget!
